Congratulation to my buyer, the newest owner of Diana Townhouse in Lancaster New City.
Availing Diana Townhouse they contacted me thru my mobile number 0908-2911222 on friday evening February 5 2015 at 8:56pm after a brief conversation I invited them for a site tripping to see the location and the house model but their first inquiry was the Adelle Townhouse the 4 bedroom with 2 toilet in 60sq.m. lot area.
I arrived first in Lancaster at around 11:00am for I ride on our tripping vehicle, my buyer use their own car going to Lancaster. 11:54am my buyer arrived in Lancaster together with the father and mother. In experience center i discuss to them about the Lancaster and showed them the vicinity map that the Lancaster is covering 3 towns of Cavite Kawit-Imus-Gen. Trias also the business community center and the Suntech-ipark both are soon to rise.
After the discussion i tour them in our model house, first i showed them the Adelle Townhouse the first unit that they inquired, but the husband told me that they need a house and lot that is ready-for-occupancy and affordable house that fits on their budget without hesitation i bring them to our BEST SELLER TOWNHOUSE which is the Diana, a 50sq.m. lot area townhouse that has 3 bedroom 2 toilet, service area with balcony and provision for 1 car park, and YES they fall in love to Diana, with a little help of their father agreeing with me that the pre-cast panel is really the most strongest wall rather than the hollow blocks only, the husband and wife decided to get the Diana, but of course its their dream to own a house and lot for they are starting to built a family.
In Lancaster sales office I showed them their house and location thru a master plan location map of Kensington 16 (KS16), with the 53.08% construction status of Diana and the location that near to the community gate, YES! they decided to get the unit.
I handed them the Buyers Information Sheet (BIS) for them to fill up and to get there house and lot and when the sales officer called them they pay the reservation fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (10,000Php.) only, within one hour they got there sales kit and the official receipt from Lancaster s proof that they are a legitimate home owners of Lancaster New City.
We really are that lucky for we got the chance to see or tour inside KS16 and to our surprise and put a big smile on my buyer and to her wife as well as to their parents we saw three (3) family residing there WOW really a big WOW. Take note half of that Phase is still under construction but there is a family residing, really Lancaster New City making it promise to deliver those units to their buyers.
It's not that easy to decided to get your own house and lot, not easy to fulfill your dreams to built your dream home, but with a little perseverance and a little hard-work with smooth plan everything will follow in a smoothly way and those obstacles that blocking your way to fulfill your dream home will be gone as soon as you start creating a beautiful road to success.
