February 6, 2016 at around 3:12 PM they contacted on my mobile number 0908-211222 to inquire about the property in Lancaster New City, for almost 2 weeks of conversation they decided to visit the site and we schedule our first site tripping February 27, 2016. We met at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) in front of BonChon at around 10:00 AM we travel to Lancaster, with 15 mins. of travel via CAVITEX we reach our destination in safe and comfortable.
When we arrive in Lancaster i first tour them in Lancaster Experience Center which they will see the beauty of Lancaster Inside and out.
After the experience center I showed to them the house that they first inquired which is the Adella Townhouse house model, 71 sq.m lot area with 4 bedroom and 2 toilet with balcony and service area it is a pre-selling unit the estimated delivery is after 2 years, total contract price is 1,915,200Php., but fortunately they didn't grab that for they don't want to wait for 2 years, so i showed them the Diana Townhouse house model 50sq.m. lot area with 3 bedroom and 2 toilet with balcony and service area a ready for occupancy unit estimated delivery is 12 months or 1 year only, total contract price is 1,545,600Php.
On our tripping day they didn't get the house yet, they are deciding weather they will get the Diana typical lot or Diana corner lot. Owning a house and lot is not that easy you need time to think on what you really want to get.
NOTE: on tripping day buyer's are not obliged to reserved or a get a house. it need time to think/decide hundred times.
February 27, 2016 our schedule for the second site tripping we met at same place and same time, when we arrived at Lancaster we go straight to Diana house model, then on that day they decided to get the Diana corner lot with 74sq.m. lot area bigger than the typical lot it is located in Kensington 16 or KS16.
They fill-up first the Buyers Information Sheet (BIS), while filling-up the buyers info i showed them thru map the location of Diana and they like their location for it is really the corner lot. After that they proceed inside the sales office to pay the 10,000Php. reservation fee for Diana corner lot.
It's not that easy to decided to get your own house and lot, not easy to fulfill your dreams to built your dream home, but with a little perseverance and a little hard-work with smooth plan everything will follow in a smoothly way and those obstacles that blocking your way to fulfill your dream home will be gone as soon as you start creating a beautiful road to success.
